The paint we use is specially mixed for each order, and the color filler in the metal grooves contrasts sharply with the polished raised metal.
The soft enamel process is one of our most popular custom pin options; it offers products with extraordinary appearance at a slightly lower price than the cloisonné process.
The advantage of soft enamel style pins is that the raised metal and recessed paint make the depth and design of the pins almost 3D. Choosing this style also provides a series of new metal finish options, which are not available in cloisonne pins.
You can choose matte finish, antique finish or colorful metal finish. The matte and antique finishes give a more understated appearance and greatly help the legibility of the small text contained in the design; it makes the design elements easier to distinguish.
Colored metal finishes are achieved by powder coating the original metal pins; the most popular choice is ferrous metal, a semi-matte black. There are various other colors to choose from, such as red, green, blue, yellow, purple, and pink.
